Indigo Board

  • Dan Hudock

Dan started his acting in community theater in 2017 by playing Alfred Doolittle in My Fair Lady. He quickly fell in love with theater, but more importantly, with the people involved in theater.  Since that time, he has appeared in numerous plays. He is also the co-founder of a local, comedy improv troop called, Indigo Improv. His four children: Luke, Ben, Josiah and Sarah, and his wife Kathy, keep him laughing.  A typical Sunday afternoon will find them holed up in a coffee shop over a highly competitive board game.

  • Athena Tausch

Athena is an Autism Coach at Heartland Christian School. She has been involved in theater over the last five years. It began as a way to spend more time with her daughter, but she found a home and family at the theater and decided to make it her own. When she is not at the theater she can be found spending time with her family, caught up reading a good book, completing a 1000 piece puzzle, or watching her kids in their various activities.

  • Kristine Caporale

Kristine is a mother or four children, two of which are/have been involved in theater. She is a teacher at Canfield Middle School and also teaches swimming at the YMCA. Theater is a newer endeavor which she acted in her first play 2018 and has enjoyed being in many plays since then. She is excited to be part of Indigo Family Theater and looks forward to many more years of acting.

  • Sally Renee Tausch

Sally Renee has been acting and singing as long as she can remember. Her love for the stage grew in high school when she started doing community theatre year-round. In 2021, she graduated from Heartland Christian School and began working toward degrees in theatre and music at the University of Mount Union. Her on stage credits include Guildenstern in “Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead”, the Spirit of Christmas Past in “A Christmas Carol”, Crutchie in “Newsies”, Sherrie in “Rock of Ages”, and more! She also served as stage manager for the University of Mount Union’s production of “Pippin” and director of their production of “Killing Time.” Sally Renee loves theatre because she sees it as an opportunity to glorify the Lord and spend time with people who are important to her.

  • Brad Smith

Brad joined the theater community in 2022 and quickly fell in love with the experience. His favorite role so far has been playing Mortimer Brewster in Arsenic and Old Lace. Now a member of the board at Indigo, Brad is committed to supporting the arts and enhancing the community. When not involved in theater, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife Ashley and their dog Penny.
